Break-up Coaching is not therapy, and it is not legal advice. It sits in the practical middle ground — helping you think clearly, communicate effectively, and move forward with intention.

Whether you are managing the emotional quiet when the children are with the other parent, or trying to set meaningful goals for your immediate and long-term future, this space is designed to support you through it. It is about creating clarity, rebuilding steadiness, and keeping hope quietly burning within.

More Information

Your matter

The legal process accounts for the paperwork. It doesn’t account for you.

Separation is disorienting in ways that are hard to explain to people who haven’t been through it. Even when you know it’s the right decision, the grief, the uncertainty, the fear of getting it wrong — it’s a lot to carry. And most of it happens in the gaps between legal appointments, between responses from the other party, in the middle of the night when everything feels impossible.

This is a private space entirely for you. Not for the paperwork, not for the other party, not even for the children — just for you to process, plan, and find steadiness in one of the hardest seasons of your life. You don’t need to justify needing support. You just need it, and that’s enough.

Break-up Coaching is not therapy, and it is not legal advice. It sits in the practical middle ground — helping you think clearly, communicate better, and move forward with intention.

What a session covers

Sessions are one hour by phone or video call. There is no fixed agenda — we go where you need to go. That might include processing a difficult development in your matter, preparing emotionally for a hard conversation, working through a decision you’re stuck on, rebuilding your sense of self and direction, or simply having a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.

Many clients use Break-up Coaching alongside Legal Coaching or Legal Representation — because having the legal side handled is only part of feeling okay. This is the other part.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?

No. Break-up Coaching is practical and forward-focused support — it is not a clinical mental health service. If at any point I feel you would benefit from therapeutic support, I will say so honestly and help you find the right resource.

Is this confidential?

Yes. Everything you share in our sessions stays between us.

Do I need to be going through a legal process to access this?

Not at all. Some clients come to coaching without any active legal matter — they simply need support navigating the emotional and practical reality of their separation.

Can I use this alongside your legal services?

Absolutely, and many clients do. The two services complement each other naturally — one supports your legal position, the other supports you as a person.

How many sessions will I need?

There’s no set number. Some people find two or three sessions gives them what they need. Others check in periodically as things evolve. You decide the pace.
